English as a Second Language (ESL)

The English as a Second Language program is designed to serve all adults who want to learn or improve their English communication skills. Instructors combine information on U.S. culture with practice in the areas of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

The ESL Program offers:

  • free morning and evening classes.

  • convenient locations.

  • qualified, caring instructors.

  • practical life-skills instruction.

  • beginning, intermediate, and advanced class levels.
