Louisville Academy for English as a Second Language (LAESL)  We are excited about this program and the opportunity to serve you through our classes!  LAESL is a program to help adult non-native English speakers improve their English language skills in the following ways: ● Become a better reader ● Improve conversation skills ● Develop vocabulary ● Understand English grammar ● Work on formal and informal writing ● Prepare for the GED or college/university ● Learn about United States history and government LAESL has 8-week classes that focus on one specific language skill or area of content.
